4. Platform Services

- All services must comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Help-Flex facilitates connections but is not a provider of direct services
- AI enhancement features are provided as supplementary tools
4.2 AI Enhancement Features
- AI features are provided “as is” and may be modified
- Users acknowledge that AI suggestions are recommendations only
- Help-Flex makes no guarantees about AI feature accuracy
- Users maintain responsibility for all decisions and actions
5. Fees and Payments

7. Personal Assistant Obligations
Personal Assistants must:
- Maintain professional standards
- Complete agreed-upon services
- Communicate promptly with clients
- Maintain required qualifications
- Comply with background checks if required
- Use AI features responsibly
8. Client Obligations
Clients must:
- Provide accurate service requirements
- Pay for services as agreed
- Communicate professionally
- Respect Personal Assistant boundaries
- Use platform payment systems only
- Provide feedback honestly and fairly
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Platform Content
- Help-Flex retains all rights to platform content
- Users may not copy or redistribute platform content
- User-generated content remains user property
9.2 License Grant
Users grant Help-Flex a license to:
