5. Fees and Payments

7. Personal Assistant Obligations

Personal Assistants must:

  • Maintain professional standards
  • Complete agreed-upon services
  • Communicate promptly with clients
  • Maintain required qualifications
  • Comply with background checks if required
  • Use AI features responsibly

8. Client Obligations

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate service requirements
  • Pay for services as agreed
  • Communicate professionally
  • Respect Personal Assistant boundaries
  • Use platform payment systems only
  • Provide feedback honestly and fairly

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Content

  • Help-Flex retains all rights to platform content
  • Users may not copy or redistribute platform content
  • User-generated content remains user property

9.2 License Grant

Users grant Help-Flex a license to:
